Siapa sich yang nggak pernah salah tidur hingga keesokan harinya leher terasa sakit?
Rasanya semua orang pernah mengalaminya. Banyak orang menyebutnya dengan "Tengeng".
Rasanya tengeng yang aku alami sejak hari minggu kemaren sepertinya tengeng terhebat yang pernah aku rasakan seumur hidupku. Hari Minggu aku udah merasakan gejala tengeng, tapi hari senin kemaren sepertinya bertambah parah aja. Leher seperti nggak bisa digerakkan, kalo pas tiba-tiba tangan bergerak kadang otot leher seperti ketarik juga dan rasanya sakit bener. Trus kalo mau tidur juga serba salah. Miring ke kiri sakit, ke kana juga, lurus juga kadang sakit dan nyeri.
Nathasa, istriku juga kebetulan senin pagi kemaren berangkat ke Surabaya sampai Rabu malam untuk pelatihan dari Miracle Clinic. Pas juga senin kemaren hari pertama anak-anak masuk sekolah. Yonathan yang sekarang naik kelas 1 SD masuk sekolah hari pertama di Sekolah Tunas Kasih - Nusadua bersama anak kami yang paling kecil Vina. Puji Tuhan setelah dikasi Salonpas, pake lotion untuk nyeri sendi, ditambah resep dari istriku obat Feminal 500mg dan beberapa kali stretching (peregangan), hari ini tengengku udah mulai berkurang.
Aku posting beberapa artikel mengenai tengeng yang aku dapat dari beberapa site. Semoga berguna bagi mereka yang juga mengalami hal yang sama.

Finally, THANKS GOD...my wife has finished her work training in Surabaya 3 days ago. She went home with Garuda flight.
Btw, there's a photo Exhibition from 8 - 14 June 2007 in Bali Galeria Mall. More than 200 photos involve in photograph exposition done By Committee of National of Young Fellow Indonesia (KNPI) with Soka Gakkai of Japan Indonesia, Indonesia Photographer Organization (IPO) and some local photographers from Bali including my photo. Some of my friend follow this exhibition also like Bimo, Yoga, Dewandra, Chris, Veli Yanto, Agus Astara, Arief, Gusde, and other photographers from Bali that I can't mention on by one. Now it's been 1 week since Nathasa went again to Surabaya for her work training in Miracle clinic. We have a very good day when she took a rest in Bali from 17 until 20 of May 2007. Our children have a wonderful time with their mom while she was here at home.
What a short time we have, but it's truly we can realized that we were really appreciate for our time and how it's really worthy at every second we have.

Hooray.....!!
My wife will go home tonight. She get holiday from her work at Miracle Clinic - Surabaya from tomorrow until next Monday, so she decided to take a rest for a few days in Bali. Our children very excited to hear that her mom will come tonight. We'll pick her up at the airport tonight. See you tonight Mom... we all miss you....

Yesterday after Vina woke up from her sleep, we tried to record some songs. I grabbed my handycam and here are some songs you can enjoy. No practise, just spontaneous. Hope you all like it. These songs we dedicated to my wife, Vina's mom in Surabaya - East Java.
